what the fuck is your problem....huh bitch ..that dog on your avatar is nicer than your ugly face...
by DarrickPatrick on 16.06.2009 10:08
Heheh, I hear ya. That's always a juggling act to keep up with as organizations crumble and got bought by others, or combine forces and change names. I'll eventually set up an area where I can write blogs on topics like that, but just sticking to the ol' interviews for the time being. Looking forward to UFC 100!
by cuddlesome on 06.05.2009 20:19
Check out cage potato website for the article on The 7 Biggest UFC Busts Of All Time. Their number 1 pick should make you happy (with a small "h"), Happy (wih a capital "H").
P.S. Sadly, I can't say that I disagree with this ranking.
by raymondmarble on 15.03.2009 13:04
Hi mate, sorry! This page kept fucking up so I closed it, so never got any of your messages. How have you been? AA nearly had Fedor. I tihnk thats the first time Fedors looked like he was getting is ass handed to him. Why did he try that stupid flying knee :( Oh well, next time!
by heidiwho on 02.03.2009 19:32
been a bit since i said hey....so hey hehe ;)
by DarrickPatrick on 30.11.2008 10:13
I think Forrest will hand Rashad a loss in that one: Evans has matured to be a really good fighter, but I think the ol' Griffin determination will squeeze out the win.

The Rampage and Silva match I can see going either way, although Wanderlei has been awesome lately - so I give him the advantage. But Quentin is still top competition and could definitely turn out the winner.

And I'm going with Nog too - and I agree about Lesnar. I think Nog has more of a chance with Brock right now than Frank, but I could be mistaken. I hear Couture gets the loser of Mir/Nog.

i'm doing good...looking forward to the holidays too hehe i move the day after thanksgiving, am very excited...

and lots and lots of fights...forf a bit there it seemed like there was almost a lull...but things are more than being made up for lol

hope you have a good thanksgiving and all of that ;)
by heidiwho on 23.11.2008 09:03
so...how is life in paradise treating you? ;)
by DarrickPatrick on 22.11.2008 09:47
So, which fight are you most excited for in UFC 92?
by cuddlesome on 18.11.2008 10:17
Sorry, guy, but I thought that your comment was directed at the fact that all posters prior to your entry were Canadian with the exception of Fortunal and Mr. Hillgrove, especially when you used the plural "Those Canadians" as opposed to the singular (That Canadian). But Andre (who happens to be Australian if you check his CFW home page) uses the plural "we" to represent all his company's employees in his comment so I see how this misunderstanding occurred. I have relatives who are American and, living in a border city with Sault Ste. Marie, Michigan, friends who are also American. So, no, I don't hate Americans with the possible exception of your outgoing president. But we've had our share of prime ministers in the past for whom I've held equal contempt. Oops! I hope you're not a Republican. I may have just insulted you again.
by MR HILLGROVE on 17.11.2008 23:53
You know it.

That's what happens when I send 12 messages to 4 people over a period of 5 or 6 months and get no response.

Then I come to find out that this is not the first time this website has fucked someone over.

Fuck that and Fuck MMAID. Besides, this is funny to me as well. I love completely owning people!

Gimmie Cookie!

Same thing can be said about yours :).
by DarrickPatrick on 08.11.2008 09:02
That was crazy. I definitely didn't expect Urijah to get walloped in that manner. I suppose that fancy elbow left him open for the standard power punch, but if that elbow had connected - who knows...

I was also surprised to see Garcia dismantle Pulver so quick into their match. I figured that was going to be a bang out war, but not like that.
by TreeTrunk on 30.10.2008 16:52
I bet it is asshole. Got banned like 15 times since then lol :(.
by MR HILLGROVE on 22.10.2008 09:42
The shirt won't fit around my fat belly anyways!

by happy on 22.10.2008 01:35
There are no damn shirts here. Period.
by raymondmarble on 04.10.2008 20:02
Hey Happy lad!

Yeah, UFN15 was really good! Much better than the earlier ones now. Schaeffer did great, I liked that fight too. HOuston Alexander really needs to develop his ground game fast or he'll lose every fight. He started off well till it hit the mat. Nate is destined to climb the ladder for sure too!
All hail AA tonight!!! :-D
Im doing well mate, hope you are too!
by heidiwho on 11.09.2008 21:49
i'm a fan of his style...and i agree somewhat with his idea that wrestling plays a big part...to me its about strength and endurance...so any fighter who believes in strong groundwork/wrestling usually has my vote lol and yeah he basically out punched jens for all five rounds...

and i understad what you mean about tanner...its unfortunate that he gone...but i think that his ending fit him...yes it was much too soon...but can you really see someone like him grwoing old and just sort of fading out? though it is a tragedy...i think rembering that it happened during a personal adventure makes it a little easier to be ok with...or am i just making no sense?

UFC News

Jim Miller- This is Sparta
Rhett Butler, UFC - The UFC lightweight division is the newest to hold the title of "stacked", with accomplished fighters all itching to compete against one another. We all know the names: Florian, Stevenson, Huerta, Fisher, Guida and the man high atop the smoldering volcano (literally) BJ Penn. Amid the fray lie sleeping giants who speak mostly with their Octagon prowess and not through the media.

Next step for Ryan “Darth” Bader—finishing the bloody game of attrition
Chuck Mindenhall, UFC - Everybody knows that reality television is never really reality—except when it is. For instance, 16 guys quarantined under a single roof, all of them fairly convinced of their own invincibility and anxious to bear proof, are bound to have a few confrontations. That's an interesting sort of microcosmic reality. There's also something very real, it should be noted, about fists and flying glassware. Eh, for guys like The Ultimate Fighter 8's Ryan Bader, it wasn't really a problem.

Goulet: Rejuvenated and Hungry for Fights
Dave Sholler, UFC - Nearly a year ago, welterweight Jonathan Goulet had considered ending his mixed martial arts career at the age of 28. After 27 professional bouts, the Victoriaville, Quebec, Canada native was having trouble summoning the desire to fight.

A Well-Prepared Sanchez Gets Ready to leave it all in the Octagon Again
Thomas Gerbasi, UFC - If you saw Eddie Sanchez in Belfast International Airport on the morning after his June 2007 fight with Colin Robinson, you wouldn't have recognized him behind the mask of bruises sustained during the torrid 5:32 bout, which Sanchez won via TKO in the second round. But for the man dubbed "The Manic Hispanic", there was no hiding, no sheepish looks at the people staring at him. This is his job, and those bruises were nothing more than badges of honor.

UFC PRIMETIME TO PREMIERE ON JANUARY 14th
New York, NY, December 5, 2008 - In anticipation of one of the most eagerly-anticipated mixed martial events of all-time, UFC 94, featuring welterweight champion Georges St-Pierre and lightweight champion BJ Penn, Spike TV presents "UFC Primetime," premiering Wednesday, January 14 10:30-11:00pm ET/PT.

“THE ULTIMATE FIGHTER: TEAM NOGUEIRA VS. TEAM MIR” FINALS ARE SET
New York, NY, December 4, 2008 - After twelve episodes of elimination bouts, grueling training, and creative hijinks and pranks, "The Ultimate Fighter: Team Nogueira vs. Mir™" live finale is set with Phillipe Nover taking on Efrain Escudero in the lightweight (155lb) class and Ryan Bader battling Vinny Magalhaes in the light heavyweight division (205 lbs). Emanating from The Pearl at the Palms Casino Resort in Las Vegas, NV on Saturday, December 13 at 9:00 PM ET, the finalists will be competing for a six-figure contract with the preeminent mixed martial arts organization in the world, The Ultimate Fighting Championship®.

Junie Browning’s Final Ultimate Fighter Blog
Junie Allen Browning, Team Mir - Part of me thought that I was gone off the show this time, but another part figured that they'd keep me to see if I'd get beat. Half of the people in America would want to see me win, and half would want to see me get my ass kicked, so I figured they'd keep me for that reason.

The Ultimate Fighter: Team Nogueira vs Team Mir - Episode 11/12 Recap
CAUTION: SPOILERS INCLUDED - It's come down to this - four matches to determine which four fighters will compete for UFC contracts in The Ultimate Fighter: Team Nogueira vs Team Mir finale on December 13th at The Palms in Las Vegas.Let's get right down to business.

Torres Retains WEC Belt, Bowles Still Unbeaten
Frank Curreri, WEC - If Miguel Torres had a weakness, a part of his game that could be exploited, many presumed it was in his stand-up arsenal. Manny Tapia believed that to be the case - but not any more. Torres tore through Tapia on Wednesday night at the Hard Rock Casino & Hotel, using a 9-inch reach advantage to batter the No. 1 challenger with jab after jab and then finishing Tapia with a vicious combination in the second-round. In fact, Torres' first punch of the night was a jab that sent Tapia reeling and falling backward into the cage, foreboding the kind of rough night it would be for Tapia.

Miguel Torres – MMA’s Afro Samurai
Thomas Gerbasi, WEC - Midway through 2008, if you ran down the list of champions in the WEC, the two considered most likely to still be holding their belts when "jingle bells" started playing around town would have been Urijah Faber and Miguel Torres.
