Please be patient, statement coming up soon ...
I promised to share some news with you today and I feel bad by not doing so. There are some reasons for this that I can't speak of at the moment. However, I promise to make the statement as soon as possible. Thank you for supporting me and I hope that little more patience is not too much to ask.

Mirko, patience is a virtue..but you can't wait too long, you have 2 make a decision..not for your fans, not for the ufc or anybody else but yourself. I'm a big fan of you, but you didn't look yourself in the UFC fights, if there is nothing left than retire and move to a new phase of your life. If you still have the fire burning in you than come out and KICK some ass.

While I can't speak for everyone, I can say that your loyal fans are definitely patiently waiting for your annoucement. We're all behind you 150% and know that your road to the UFC championship (if that is what you choose) is just beginning. You have a lot more fight left in you, even if you're not fighting for the UFC or any other organization. You're in our hearts and prayers. Melissa

Mirko your the best at what you do and will be for a very long time. I honestly believe it's not your time to retire and i know you still have fight left in you, you just need to let it out. We all believe in you but also we will all respect your decision. Thanks for everything you've done! Adam

Mirko, Selfishly I want you to fight so that I can enjoy your fights for a couple more years. Please let us know your plans as soon as possible, for your true fans it has been far too long since your last fight. May God bless you what ever you decide. Mirko, Take your time and do whats right..I believe you still have it in you and can take the UFC title..I and the rest of the fellow Hrvats over here in Chicago look up to you and get together for every fight..It's because of you people know what Croatia is over here and what our athletes are capable of..It's a real good and proud feeling that you represent us and show what were all about..Please come back soon..Take care
